da pixbet: Everton and QPR are preparing to do battle for the signature of Juventus and former Liverpool midfielder Momo Sissoko, according to the Daily Express.
da betway: Reports in France have suggested the Mali international is surplus to requirements at Paris St Germain, and now both clubs are set to offer the 28-year-old a return to England.
Reports suggest that both have made an enquiry about the former Reds midfielder, although it is not yet known whether Sissoko would consider a move to Harry Redknapp’s Championship side.
Everton originally tried to sign Sissoko from Valencia in 2005, before the tough tackling midfielder opted for a move to Merseyside rivals Liverpool.
Sissoko spent two and a half seasons at Anfield, helping the Reds to FA Cup success in 2006. He was eventually moved on after losing his place in the middle of the park to Javier Mascherano.
He has since played for both Juventus and Paris St Germain, and has endured something of a torrid time with injuries, making the prospective signing something of a gamble for both clubs.
Sissoko spent the second half of last season on loan at Italian club Fiorentina, where he managed only five league appearances for the Serie A club.
However his poor recent injury history means the midfielder is available for a nominal fee, something that both Everton and QPR are considering taking a gamble on.
