da dobrowin: Tottenham Hotspur’s latest International Champions Cup (ICC) fixture in Shanghai did not end the way Spurs would have wanted it to.
Manchester United managed to edge out their fiery Premier League rivals in a tough game that finished 2-1 to the Red Devils.
There were some heated moments between the two teams and a slight bust-up took place after Sissoko seemingly stamped on Daniel James. For a moment or two, both Spurs and Manchester United players forgot this was indeed just a friendly match but the referee managed to restore order.
Now the tension has died down, Jan Vertonghen has posted something much more light-hearted on his Instagram page.
Indeed, the 32-year-old defender shared a snap with his former teammate Mousa Dembele in a post that is bound to send ripples of nostalgia and regret through Spurs supporters’ minds.

Unsurprisingly it didn’t take long before Vertonghen’s post induced some replies.
Dele Alli was among the first to send a response as he suggested he could only see two big goats.
For those who aren’t completely familiar with the social media terminology, Alli is suggesting they are the greatest of all time.
Yep, you guessed it, it’s an acronym. Pretty clever, right?
Dembele moved to China in January this year after spending seven years in north London, and it appears that Tanguy Ndombele is the man who could fill the void left by the bulldozing Belgian.
